Navigating the Network Server Web UI

The Network Server Web UI is the browser-based interface for configuring and monitoring LoRaWAN resources.

Main areas

Area What you can do
Applications Create applications and manage their devices and integrations.
Devices Browse registered devices, inspect status, and access available device actions.
Gateway Groups Organize gateways into groups.
Gateways Register and monitor gateways and access gateway management functions.
Alarms Review reported problems and events.
User Activity Log Review recorded user actions, subject to your permissions.

The visible menu items and available actions depend on the permissions assigned to your account.

Find a device

  1. Sign in to the Network Server Web UI.
  2. Open Devices.
  3. Use the search field to locate a device.
  4. If needed, narrow the results using the Device model and Status filters.
  5. Select the device to open its available details or management views.

If a device is missing

  1. Clear the search field and any active filters.
  2. Refresh the list.
  3. Verify the device’s application and customer assignment.
  4. Confirm that your role permits access to the device.
